I'm a content experience designer, content strategist and writer with over six years of experience in diverse industries including ITES, healthcare, SaaS, ecommerce, advertising and media. I’m passionate about making the digital world more accessible, intuitive and usable. As a design thinking advocate, my content solutions are rooted in empathy and anchored to users’ needs. I enjoy collaborating with cross-functional teams throughout the product development lifecycle to build innovative, meaningful digital products and solutions.
